The following terms and conditions apply to all deliveries from Viola Sky:
TERMS AND CONDITIONS Welcome to Viola Sky. By trading on this website you agree to the conditions below. We recommend that you read the terms carefully before buying from ViolaSky.dk
GENERAL We ship all items with Post Danmark making it possible to track the package if problems occur. The goods are insured in transit and on receipt please check the package contents. Is the package and / or the contents damaged when you receive it, please report it to Post Denmark immediately, or within 2 days of receipt and return the item to us afterwards.
Viola Sky is not responsible for goods damaged in transit. We always pack the goods with utmost care, so the risk of cargo damage is minimized.
DELIVERY Delivery time varies, depending on which country you are ordering from. We give priority to get your package shipped within 24 hours on weekdays. In high season and sales periods may take 2-3 working days.

When paying with a credit card, you are always protected against abuse. You have the option to refuse payment when you receive your statement . You have no deductible in the event that your card is misused in an Internet shop that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer ) .
You choose the payment method when you place your order . All prices include VAT

SAFETY Viola Sky ePay payment system that we use at Viola Sky, meets all the safety requirements made and approved and certified by PBS.

If we fail to find a solution , you can file a complaint with the European Commission's online complaint portal , although this will mainly be relevant if you are a consumer residing outside Denmark.

RETURN AND CANCELLATION Viola Sky provides 30 days to cancel from the day you receive your goods.
If you wish to exchange your purchase, we ask that you make a new order and return the garment and we'll refund the amount. This way, your bill will fit.
If you choose to get your money back, return the purchase and we'll refund the amount.
Please enclose your order number and it's a good idea to get a tracking number so you can keep track of the delivery status.
Start off by following these easy steps:
1. Include your original invoice in your package.
2. Place your invoice, along with the item(s) in unworn condition and with tags attached, in a securely sealed package.

Viola Sky.com reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.
