Why might my credit card be refused?
Your credit card may be refused for any of the following reasons:

TAXES & DUTIES
All shipments outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes. These may be charged once the shipment reaches your country and payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. You will need to take responsibility for any import duties in your own country. We are unable to advise on the rates as they vary according to country.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
If the size does not fit you or if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can always exchange or return.
Viola Sky offer a 30 days return policy, valid from the day you receive your purchase.
If you wish to exchange your purchase, we ask that you make a new order and return the garment and we'll refund the amount. This way, your bill will fit.
If you choose to get your money back, return the purchase and we'll refund the amount.
Please enclose your order number and it's a good idea to get a tracking number so you can keep track of the delivery status.
